I know, I know, it’s not Permaisuri Thursday yet. It’s still Tuesday. Today’s post is actually supposed to be regarding the IIMS 2012, a Part 2 coverage. However, Permaisuri has managed to lure me into posting this Stunning R8. It’s not an ordinary R8 either; it’s the limited edition R8 GT, only 333 units worldwide. It’s lighter, faster, and much more stylish than the standard R8.

Apart from being limited to only 333 units worldwide, the R8 GT is also 100kg lighter than the standard R8. The horsepower output of its 5.2L FSI engine has also been increased from 518bhp to 552bhp. That’s quite an exciting figure to be found on such ‘humble’ looking supercar. Well, it’s quite ‘humble’ compared to the flashy Ferraris and Lamborghinis.

Despite owning a very limited edition supercar, the owner still decided to boost up the ride’s exclusivity status even more. A set of lightweight forged 20″ HRE P95 wheels were recommended by Permaisuri ban. They looked perfect on the car.
