There’s a season for everything and there’s a reason for every style. To be frank, there are thousands of ways in which you can dial up the sophisticated BMW F10 5-Series into an even nicer and personalised sedan. Starting from BMW Individual colour schemes to limitless number of aftermarket aerodynamic options, to the low-offset-friendly wheels fenders. These things made the BMW F10 become the perfect stylish daily-driver for every young-souled gentlemen out there. Rainer, for one, has been one of those F10 owners who has ventured through the F10’s style options around. He’s worn several different sets of wheels and setups, two of which we’ve featured with BC Forged wheels. This time he’s back with this eye-catchingly Golden footworks.

When in doubt, go for gold. Rainer’s previous selection of wheels are rather monochromatic, yet this time he’s stirring up the looks a little bit with this brighter and more detailed set of HRE wheels. Gold wheels are tricky to mix-and-match, unavoidably, yet Rainer’s Space Grey F10 colour has managed to create a greater contrast he’s never achieved with the previous set of wheels. The HRE Classic’s simplistic monoblock-look adds up even further to the subtlety that foreshadows the eccentric gold colour. By opting for Satin Gold instead of polished or gloss gold, Rainer has perfectly executed this attractive finishing without going over the top.

As the ‘Classic’ series name suggests, this HRE 301M wheels reflects an ever-lasting design that hasn’t been influenced by deep-depths and deep-concave trend that’s been going around lately. Instead, the company focuses on upmost wheel strength, performance and uniquely Classic Series style thick wheel edges.

In case you haven’t read our previous articles surrounding Rainer’s F10, he’s a fellow Indonesian who’s currently living in San Francisco. A tribute to his home city comes in this form of Surabaya-inspired license plate. With most of the car’s works being done by the famous Sonic MS store in San Francisco, we can be rest assured that every reiteration to Rainer’s F10 style will be a uniquely proper one.
