As some of you might have noticed, the Bangkok International Auto Salon 2014 this year has been postponed indefinitely. As a result, quite a large number of fans and sponsors were disappointed by the organiser’s decision. Many parties have been waiting all-year-long for the massive auto salon to take place. As a substitute to the postponed event, Inspire Entertainment Company Ltd (the organiser) debuted the Option Thailand Festival 2014 (July 31st – August 3rd 2014), albeit with a smaller scale yet still outstanding arrays of cars and parts.

Option Festival 2014 is a medium-sized event that was set up at the Thunder Dome, Muangthong Thani. It was packed with plenty of well-known racing shops such as Vtecstore (Honda Performance Garage), Aek Garage (Bride and Endless distributor), Race Factory (USA Performance shop), Oak Club Thailand (Spoon sports distributor), N Sports Shop (Rays Engineering and Project Mu distributor), Unicar Motorsport (D2 Racing Brake distributor), Cusco Thailand, Blitz Thailand, GAB Thailand, Motul Thailand, Vertex Thailand, Data Tec Thailand, K Motor Sport, Beauty Car Garage, HC Groups, PP Super Whee, etc. The list also includes automakers such as Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Suzuki and motorcycle distributor such as Yamaha in the event.

At the outdoor spaces of Thunder Dome hall, there were dedicated parking areas for Car Club Showcase with meets being organized daily. The Car Clubs who were assigned in this event include Chapter One (C1), Highway Revolution (HWR), Addzest Car Club, Siam Subaru, 200SX and Silvia Club, Yaris Club, Flush Style Thailand, 86 & BRZ Thailand and many more.
