Honda Network Melbourne Meet // Photo Coverage

We’re back with an Australian coverage by Jason Alvin, our fellow Indonesian contributor currently living in Melbourne. You can go ahead and check out his ride at this link. Earlier this month, 9 June 2014, the Melbourne Honda Club did a collaboration with Estblshd to arrange the Honda Network gathering. The meet was held to gather Honda enthusiasts from all over Melbourne, making it one of the city’s largest Honda meet ever held. Some pretty interesting rides were there on that day, from track-spec Integra’s, Civic’s to slammed S2000’s.

The Sleeping Performance workshop took care of the meet’s location, providing ample and convenient parking spaces inside their business’ industrial complex.

Despite being so low, this static Civic has been driven from Melbourne to Sydney and all the way back. Simply to attend Sydney’s Showcased 2013 automotive event.

Thanks to Honda’s reasonable prices and large aftermarket parts availability, we often see a huge variety of modification styles. Jason himself has always been a Honda fan and has taken a very good care of his Integra.

Amongst the most interesting Honda designs are the Type R’s. It’s not uncommon to see some rather aggressive OEM styling being applied to these track-spec breeds. I personally can’t wait for Honda’s turbocharged next generation Type R. A huge move from their iconic N/A engines.
