GENESIS Sponsor Introduction // TOP 1 Synthetic Oil
We’re proud to announce another Gold Sponsor in our GENESIS Car Show and Gathering event. It’s TOP 1 Synthetic Oil. In this article I’m going to provide some background in regard to the brand and its partnership with hawk’n’poke.
TOP 1 Oil Products Company, U.S.A. was founded in 1979 by William Arthur Ryan. He was an ex military Intelligence Division officer who entered the automotive business past his military career. His persistence and diligence paid off when he established TOP 1 Oil Products Company, U.S.A. in 1979. Three generations of Ryans have since continued William Arthur Ryan’s hard work in expanding the company’s export markets in Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific regions, including Indonesia.
What better way there is in proving a product’s performance other than filling them directly inside high performance engines? TOP 1 has managed to claim the Guinness Book record as having “World’s Fastest Motorcycle” as well as “The Longest Journey Using Quadbikes” titles. The company has also been actively participating in motorsports, including the international Formula Drift competition (Conrad Grunewald’s 734HP Camaro), Time Attack 2011 (Lotus team) and Mercedes-Benz C-Class Touring Championship (winning first place in 2011). Here’s a clip showing off Conrad Grunewald’s 734HP TOP 1 Camaro drift car in action.
“TOP 1 products have been officially approved by some of the most prestigious Original Equipment Manufacturers, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz – Daimler, Chrysler, Lotus, Porsche, and Volkswagen. As a result, TOP 1 has received numerous awards and accolades, both in the United States and abroad.” (www.top1oil.com)
TOP 1 Synthetic Oil Indonesia participated in the GENESIS hawk’n’poke X Hellaflush event as a way to express the company’s never ending support towards the local automotive modification cultures. Great products, great motorsports and great support to local cultures, we thank TOP 1 for this opportunity and looking forward to the year ahead.
